A generous Bordeaux that is true to itself and available in red, rosé, white and sweet versions, in 750 ml Bordeaux bottles and a Bag in Box® to make any occasion a real moment of sharing.

Yvecourt Bordeaux red, goes perfectly with any red meat or cheese dishes thanks to its gourmet, fleshy, aromatic style, making it an ideal choice for appetizers as well!

The vinification process at Yvecourt is carried out using modern methods that nevertheless uphold the traditional principles that have earned Bordeaux wines their renown.

Maceration lasts for approximately 15 days, and aging takes place in stainless steel tanks for 6 to 8 months. Every effort is made to preserve the grape’s fruity character.

YVECOURT BORDEAUX ROSÉ brings summer back to our plates with its great freshness and the vivacity of its fruity notes, perfect for summer barbecues and year-round aperitifs!

The vinification is made with grapes specifically grown for the elaboration of rosé wines, that is to say with a maximum fruity potential and an intense freshness.

The grapes, picked at the beginning of their maturity, are destemmed and put in maceration for a very short time, a few hours, before being put in tanks.

YVECOURT BORDEAUX WHITE remains balanced while becoming very expressive with fish and shellfish dishes, it will also be perfect for an impromptu gathering with friends!

Cabernet Sauvignon

Yvecourt Sauvignon is made
from a pre-fermentation maceration. The wine is pressed then decanted at low temperature.

The alcoholic fermentation is done at controlled temperature (16°C-18°C) in stainless steel tanks. The wine is then aged on fine lees for a few months in order to develop its aromas and roundness.

Pale, lemon yellow color with green reflections.

Nose:
Fine and expressive, it exhales citrus fruits (grapefruit, lime) and takes to the agitation exotic reliefs of passion and mango.

PALATE:
The attack is lively, with a lemony white peach note. The nerve allows the grapefruit to hold its note until the persistent finish.

YVECOURT BORDEAUX MOELLEUX, does not choose between lightness
and greediness and can be enjoyed both as an aperitif and at the end of a meal with dessert.

50% Sauvignon
40% Sémillon
10% Muscadelle

The grapes used to elaborate Yvecourt Moelleux have been selected in a rigorous way. After pressing, the juices are separated and selected according to their quality, they are then settled.

The alcoholic fermentation takes place at 18°C in stainless steel tanks and at controlled temperature. Once the desired alcohol/sugar balance is reached,
the alcoholic fermentation is stopped.

Nose:
Fresh and expressive nose of citrus and yellow peach. Lime compote on aeration.

PALATE:
The tangy attack carries through to a sweet, fruity palate. Fresh pineapple and lime are tinged with coconut milk, apricot and mango.

to reducing its environmental
impact.

All our wines bear the HVE (High Environmental Value) certification at level 3, and they are bottled locally at the heart of Entre-Deux-Mers using lightweight glass bottles. Our waste is recycled and reduced and our water consumption is optimised.

The use of plastic is limited to the absolute minimum, and even plastic handles on the Bag in Box® have been removed.

Our bottling facility
in the heart of Gironde (33) is ISO certified for our efforts to reduce the environmental impact of our operations.
